This week has been study, study, study. Plenty of class time and assignments galore. On top of that, our duty group has been in charge of team catering, so every spare minute has been spent cooking up culinary delights. It has been fun to see what treats can be cooked on a tight budget, though it's been tiring too. We've made a variety of cuisines and are hoping to ensure that a hearty traditional Irish stew makes it on the menu before the end of the week. Unfortunately, we have been unable to source any soda bread flour locally, so no farls this time!
