We have been out of phone/internet contact for a few days in West Wales, so sorry for the lack of updates. We spent a long weekend on retreat in Ffald-y-Brenin with our team. We were joined by some WH workers with really interesting and inspiring stories. We heard lots about their overseas experiences, and we were able to ask advice and guidance as we begin to put final plans in place for our move to Cambodia.

News: Jonny is today flooring our landlady's roof space. I'm not sure how it's going - I keep hearing frustrated grunts from above and earlier I had to plaster his finger after he sliced it with a saw. I'm glad he started the day in a 'post-retreat' happy place emotionally, or I fear that there may have been less grunts and more naughty words!!!!!

I'm hoping to run Llanelli half-marathon next weekend. I've had a little bit of niggly pain in my ankle, but have dropped my mileage in my training in the hope of a recovery before the big race. I've also been very please to receive good health results after a period of concern about my blood count.

So, all is well with the Hamills! Will put a few photos up from our weekend later for those of you who enjoy that kind of thing...

P.S. I'm very disappointed that I didn't have the opportunity to go the First Ards' Gift meeting last night. I've heard that Emma Logan delivered a very informative talk - that left my sister a little traumatised!
